Q: How does the day of the event work?
A: We arrive to the serving destination an hour before serving time. We bring our grills on site and cook everything fresh. We stay throughout the serving time to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests and follow up with cleaning up all serving tables at the end of the serving time.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: As soon as possible. Weekends and holiday periods book fastest. We can often accommodate last-minute requests — call us and we’ll do our best.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We proudly serve all areas throughout the Wasatch Front. These areas include Ogden, Clearfield, Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, and Bountiful. If you are interested and are outside of these areas, please call as we have traveled further North and South than these areas.
Q: Do you supply tables, linens, or decorations?
A: We can provide linens, disposable tableware, or coordinate with your venue for full table setups. Floral arrangements and décor are typically handled by families or florists, but we’re happy to collaborate.
Q: Can you work directly with the venue we are working with?
A: Yes. We can coordinate with all venues for delivery times, room setup, and clean-up logistics.
Q: Can we customize the menu?
A: Yes. Every event is unique, and we’re happy to tailor the menu to reflect your loved one’s favorite foods or family traditions.
Q: Can you accommodate special diets?
A: Absolutely. We can provide vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options. Please tell us at booking.
